Clustering and Visualization of DNA Electrical Signatures

Description:
Students should be able to develop simple Python code and develop effective strategies for data visualization.
​Students may also need to apply data clustering methods prior to visualization.
This project has weekly deadlines and requires frequent meetings with a mentor.
This project is part of an informal IEEE Nanotechnology Council Summer Internship.


Qualifications Required:
Suited for students with an interest in scientific computation and effective representation of data.
Prior exposure to statistics/machine learning preferred, but not necessary.
Must be able to attend possible weekly in-person meetings in UW-Seattle.
